I'd rather spend the money to have something like this, w/modern accoutrements of course, than what's in the dealer showrooms now. This is a great example - and a great photo!
Offhand, I'd say it's a 34 Chevy. Of course the license plate was a pretty good clue. Classic shot of a classic. Like the fall look in background. Take a spin for me.
That brilliant red really drags the eye, sweet car and nicely composed and captured, that direct sunlight plays havoc with exposure though, you minimized it amazingly well here. Nice shot PJ.
Mikel.
I don't know cars. Is this really a '34 Chevy? It is a pretty color and looks so well kept. The angle on the shot is wonderful in showing the car to best advantage and the colors are crispy bright.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

A swanky ride it will be in this motor but not for me please PJ
Give me a horse, and cart any day I wanna feel the wind, and rain on my skin it's practical too no need to fill the parking meter with coins either. ;o)
Forgive me my sarcasm I like it really !!
Thumbs up. :o)
Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.
Well done - again and of course. The only thing I might change would be to crop off some of the top. But that's just my style - it looks very good just the way it is.
What a classy ride this is PJ. I see why you wanted to take a photo of this- it's absolutely beautiful and my favorite color to boot. The angle of your photo shows all the detail of this classic.

10/10 A1 Fantastic Brilliant.......Did you do this on purpose? You know I love car shots and you really brought out the personality of this old girl. She's sitting in my favourites. Thanks for this one PJ, really love it.

Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill

Somebody has done an excellent job restoring/building that old car. Nice capture as well. The colour is so vibrant and I love that sparkle on the front bumper.
