If you need someone to rescue your cat from a tree, you're not going to be able to rely on the fine fire fighters of Sugar Hill. Savin' up for the newfangled hook and ladder...can't raise taxes, ya know!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Great, I like this kind of old truck. Does it still work ? I don't think so. I hope for Sugar Hill fire fighters they have a more recent one. Well done.

I presume (from the front tire resting against the rock) that they can't afford a handbrake either. :)
Superb photograph PJ. Clarity in bucket loads and all that green makes the perfect natural frame for the fire truck orange.

Great PJ. Maybe one of Jennie's Sugarbirds will find it's way to Sugar Hill. Like the colors for the fall season and Nature does really make the perfect showroom floor. You captured it perfectly. Thanks for everything.
What a splendid looking automobile PJ
I imagine this piece of fire fighting equipment has a heater in the cab, with an adjustable drivers seat too !!
Gosh Your taxes must be high never mind the puddy cats. :d

We?? We who?? I do cats, that is if I can catch 'em. Yes ma'am, just give me a net and a frying pan and I'll make you a feline fricassee like you've never tasted before!! =PP.. Seriously though PJ, this a fantastic shot of a great old firetruck. Great focus and angle on this one! =)
Boy, I wish that adage about not raising taxes held true today! That's quite a relic, yet a really fine relic you found there, PJ. Looks like the brakes aren't too trustworthy with the rock there in front of the tire. lol You always angle these vehicle shots so nicely.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.
