Believe you me, I have tons more snow pictures ready and willing to be put up, but I can't bear to see them displayed while most of the rest of you are enjoying warm breezes, so I dug through my "save for later" bin and came up with this languishing late summer scene. :)PJ

PJ, beautifully contrasting colors. Every color is so strong and vibrant. And, I love the presentation. We are on a visual journey down the river/lake. Such great dof, and the trees center left and right front take us to all reaches of your picture.

The only aspect this picture is lacking is me sitting there getting instructions from you on how to make such a gorgeous scene. I love it PJ. The sky, water, reflections are perfect.
I don't know much about HDR, I did like FDR from what I've read about him. It looks perfectly clear to me. Just fantastic.

And what a spectacular last summer day it is indeed! The sky is such a rich blue and I love the reflecting white clouds in the lake. The beginning leaf change of gold and orange really make the forest stand out...Marvelous shot P.J.!
