Ok – apologies for the slightly ropey compact camera quality but it’s all I had with me and I thought I would share a few images from my new home. This is on the south coast of the island driving along from Le Morne to Bel Ombre.

The slightly ropey compact camera did ok in the hands of an expert. A beautiful wide view. I like the dark hill on the right and the wonderful feeling of isolation the image gives.

You live here, Phil? Holy Mackinoly! What an idyllic environment to live in. Well, at least until that miniature volcano starts erupting. It's just blowing a little smoke now. 8P Looks great for a compact, guy.
