I was in Columbia Park (on the Columbia River) doing senior portraits. After I finished I waited around to see what the sunset would be like. I'm glad I did. This is about 5 miles from home.

You say you were doing 'senior portraits' ... High school or AARP?
If one were to assume that you've done the bulk of your photo work on 'film', do you scan from prints now individually or have you had your negs/slides scanned in bulk by a service. Just curious.

Anyone can see this is a beautiful and wonderfully composed scene, but what I REALLY like is the light splashing on just the top of the tree. It was the perfect timing for this shot, well done.
