This small tulip is only about an inch long. It’s a miniature variety that will be hitting the market soon. This was taken just after a rain that had lasted about 4 hrs. Its larger cousins that were towering above it protected it from the direct rain.

Excellent in all aspects. The light and composition are particularly effective. Kudos.

Weird but true: At the very moment the Titanic hit an iceberg in the north Atlantic, the 1911 silent version of the film "The Poseidon Adventure" was being screened aboard ship.

But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile. Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.

I love the sweep of this image with all the lines moving from left to right. Beautiful setting.

That’s a real nice shot Mike. There is enough blur in the background so it doesn’t compete with the blossom for attention.

Very nice Michael. The soft lighting really makes it look like a Georgia O'Keefe painting. The sense of lost scale is really well-created too. Top marks for this one. You must get tired of all those 90's huh?
