This tiger seems really bored, but in reality he just finished feeding about 30 minutes earlier and yes I still have all my limbs. The low light condition and the slow shutter speed add to the feeling of movement and energy. As he is yawning his head is moving making a slight blurring effect. I think we all get the message. Stay clear or ....................

i dunno about this one, does really have the effect of the first image, the tigers mouth open is kind of akward in the seen and the blurring is concentrated on the nose

I think it is actually the backdrop that makes the tiger instead of the tiger making the backdrop. I am amazed at your manipulation job; all the colors work so well togethor! It really makes the tiger the center, even though he is off-center (which seems to give him an air of respect). I would say "Keep up the good work", but we may need you around for a few more shots like this first. :-)
