Late afternoon and the sun is about ready to set in the desert wilds of South Eastern Washington. This coyote is trying to make his way somewhere and I think I'm in his way.
Well...run for it!! get out of that fellers way Michael!! Waht a wonderful light on this photo! The whole thing gives me a feeling of mystery. That is the BEST time of day for photos I believe..This is just lovely....he has kind of a dasterly look on his face..like he is about to devour you..hehe...
While there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see. ~Dorothea Lange
Great unobstructed view of this coyote Michael. You are right in stating that you might be the only object in his way! This capture has good composition and the lighting is fascinating. Thanks :~)
Wow...great shot
what a beautiful low light over this coyote and landscape.
Love the tender details and depth in this shot.
High marks or this one. ...10
This is such a good photo. Not just because it is technically superb, but it makes me think of what story is being told here. The look in it's eyes..what does it think...where is it going. Great compositin and a well deserved 10 from me and Coyote!
nice sense of light. gives off a feeling of lonliness or isolation. beautiful little creature. nice color harmonies. seems like he/she would camouflage if there wasn't such a strong light on him/her.
that is a very healthy looking coyote. we have them come to our house which is right in the middle of town. i have no idea how they do it. they are gaunt and pathetic looking. they have been known to attack and kill people's pets. i know you uploaded this one a long time ago. this is the first i've seen it. jen
