Somewhere in the deserts of Southern California this little stream tries to make a name for itself.

You posted two photos with the same title? Interesting..must be some reason eh? This may be a little stream..but the rocks are wonderful! I mean they show up so sharp and the colours are just magical! so the contrast between them and the water is just wonderful! Thank you for posting this...verena

I agree with verena about the contrast of the shot since its very impressive. You have done a good job with the shutter speed and the focus too.

I agree. Your composition is as usual, perfect with an s-curve formed by the water meandering from the top left down to the center then across and down to bottom right. You must have done this with a polarizing filter, because your depth of field is so deep that you would have to use a slow shutter speed, and that would overexpose an ordinary daytime shot. I love this work, and I only wish I had streams nearby where I could find scenes like this to shoot.

I like the image, although would like to see a full shot and not just the rectangle with the black background and border and what not. Good job though

That is so weird. I just got done listening to a song with the same title as this image. Cool pic. Love how it is backrounded against the black. Very nice.
