The sun had just come up over the hills and illuminated everything in a golden glow. The trees are wild Cherry Trees that were first planted in the area around 1900. The birds spread the pits around the area and new trees have grown nearly 50 miles from the first orchard. I hope you like.

Looks like Mars to me. I think I see the rover's radio dish near the 2nd hill.

Not the usual image of WA. But charming in its own way. I like that one cherry tree that stands out - must be a beauty. Nice frame and goes well with all that golden color of the photo. Very nicely done...

This sure reminds me of that SouthEast corner of Washington...on the way to Clarkston and Lewiston...nothing but barren hills for what seems forever. A persons eyes can get very tired from seeing only that. But then again the cherry trees make this photo of yours special. Along with the shadows of the hills from that particular light..Nice job..V

Wow! The lonely tree is a good focal point and it gives the scale of this wonderful lanscape. Thanks Michael :-)

My gosh, the slopes look like rubbed chamois cloths...very Biblical looking this. Gorgeous. I must go back and look at it again.
