I have a friend who lives near Tavistock, we meet quite a lot, he said he would help me with some of my work, oh his name by the way is Mr. David Bailey. ( THE REAL DAVID BAILEY ) HE EVEN HAD A GOLD PLATED CAMERA WITH HIM....WOW.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Excellent composition and coloration in this post...it is an evocative photo that can take one in many different directions. I love the treatment you've given the water and the brilliant red leaves stand up and shout for attention :)PJ
Hi Michael, like Paul says, this image is in a league of it's own! I must say, indeed it is! Everything that makes a photo a quality photo is here in this image, dramatically so! All the elements are present, the energetic and vibrant colors, the peaceful flow of rippling water, the composition and most important of all, at least to me, is the refined craftmanship, making it stand out among many! Sincerely, Marilyn
Wowzer Michael, what a splenderific photo! This has amazing clarity, colours and excellent composing. I know there's water there, but the white effects give a lovely creamy covering-I like the little waterfall. Wonderful rocks covered with moss and all the foliage is magnificent, especially the RED leaves. Nicely framed with the thin red border. A superduper fall image :^>

i gave this a 10 too
absoloutly lovely
perfect
i always wanted to take a shot like this but have never managed it
mainly because i dont live anywhere near a waterfall or fast moving river mind you! lol
A terrific capture. I love water shots like these ... the ultimately misty appearance of the river caused by the long exposure enhances the magical look.

The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brooks Anderson
No Sig, Just, I want to say "Thank You" to all of the talented photographers for giving me the most beautiful desktops and screensavers I could ever imagine. The artistry here is breathtaking.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

wow this is nothing short of amazing. i love the colors, from that strong red to the rich greens, they are all so great. and the softness of the water is wonderful. absolutely beautiful capture! ~abby
it's appropriately titled. for as much as the water is rushing, the extreme blur gives it a very soothing effect. For me though, those orange leaves are the icing on the cake. You've done a spectacular job here. It's a small wonder this got 'permed' , which by the way, is where i found it...so double kudos to you.
amazing picture. the water makes the scene look like it is engulfed in fog. i have to agree that the brillant color of the leaves add just the right touch.
Very creative and imaginative; I love what you did...a great job on this one. I enjoy looking at other artist’s posting on this site. There are a lot of great creative people. Thanks for sharing!

Mark.
