v.well framed shot.lighting is excellent (did you use a polariser to darken the skies?) - only the slightly wobbly angles on the building bother me but its only slight and doesnt detract from the overall effect. well done.
This picture gives me the feel of the warmth of the sun, and the cool refreshing scent of coming rain at the same time. Fabulous on my desktop. Thank you.
Just wonderful. I love these shots with darks clouds and the sun behind. I have taken several of these myself. You can't plan them, you just have to be ready to take them.
That is one crazy picture. I'd also like to know if there was a polerizor or if and what kind of photoshop there was on this one. I love it when the sky is like that and it is stll bright out. Best days ever.
"A piece of toast with butter always lands butter side down, and a cat always lands on its feet. What happens if a piece of toast is tied butter side down to the back of a cat? Does it perpetually hover above the ground in indecision when dropped?"
"Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual."
Edward Weston
I love it. (This is not a criticism cos I think it looks brilliant this way but) - is the whole building leaning to the right? (Is it an optical illusion?)
Great shot! I like the look as if you took this shot under a bright clear day with the sun shining down on you while you took a shot at a gloomy and cloudy area, nice shot!
