When the white man discovered this country, Indians were running it. No taxes no debt, women did all the work. White man thought he could improve on a system like this.

ah great shot, don't you love the 18-55's DoF? this is excellently done. have you ever had your art displayed at a local gallery near you? if not you should, you're a really good photographer.

really good? you're a fantastic photographer :)
this beautiful butterfly really looks as an admiral, those antennae make him look a bit strict and the pose suits him perfectly :) like he's standing on te prow of the ship and holding a speech to its crew :)

the background blur focuses our little butterfly.. the composition is great as well, those antennae form a slightly open composition.. i love this image, heh :) thank you for sharing it with us! have a nice day :)

Oh mercy, look at those antennas. I have never seen such detail in butterfly antennas. The photo is almost worth just a look at that alone. The one wing you captured is beautiful in every detail. But, this little creature needed desparately to unfold that other wing to give the composition a more structured appearance. As is, it just doesn't look right. But those antennas...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh gorgeous.
