Artistic shots are some of my favorites. :) When I take one that speaks, I feel like I have accomplished something. :) I know there's room for improvement, please critique! :)

An interesting presentation. A nice angle in your capture. Perhaps deepen the shadows to the right? Change the cropping so the hands are entirely in the frame.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.

In some mythologies, a triangle/pyramid represents the three divine attributes will, love (wisdom) and intelligence.
The lower fingers with the thumbs clearly present the heart. So, I am probably way off, but I sense a conflict between the mind and the heart. A possible wish for direction.
With the shoe laces properly tied, another possible clue, I think the message is that you have everything pretty well tied up and all is ship shaped.
Excellent picture full of thought provoking possibilities.
