How did you take this magnificent photo? Also, do you know what the white animals/birds are in the upper middle part of the photo?

We took a small plane for a flight on the desert and the coast. In the upper part of the picture, it's pelicans I think

Greqat shot but I don't think those are pelicans. They are flamingoes, looks like it was taken near Walvis Bay

Maybe. We saw many pelicans in this area and the color is white. Flamingos are pink.

Hello Pierre, I had never seen this photo of yours, Im not so good at looking at peoples gallerys all that often..but of course this is magnifique!! And I agree, You take some of the MOST wonderful photos..how fortunate you are to be able to travel like this and have the joy of seeing the real object and seeing it again on your photos...I hope you also take films..by the way, what camera did you use to take this photo??

Why havent I seen this before?? So what if Im late, better late than never :) Uve captured such expanse & the pink flamingoes that pepper the vast sand dunes add life and softness to the picture. Thanks for sharing Pierre!
