In fact, our guide confirmed us that the Himbas didn't like to let photograph themselves, because it's an 'one direction' act: we take a picture and we don't give anything.
If we want to take photos it is necessary to also give something, but not necessary money. To speak with them, to answer to their questions, to offer some goods and to buy some jewelries that they make themselves.

Great Picture. What agency did you tour with? Where did yiou stay...were you in Sossusvlei when you took the pictures if the dunes. Do you have any shots of Dune 49? The pictures of the children are great. i spent 5 years in Africa and your photos of the Namib and the Himba are some of the best I've seen. Great job!

Yes, photos of dunes come from Sossusvlei. We climbed a big dune, but I don't know its number. The flight by plane was superb too.
We traveled with " Terres d'aventures ". It is a very professional french company.

I spoke with them and lived with them some hours. I can tell you that they are more judicious than a lot of other people.

Ahhh so thats the way it's going to be. I posted messages when not even mean and had them removed. That is downright mean. BAH. O-Well.

Yes, but the photo is only one instantaneous. They awaited the end of the discussions of their elder to play with us... :-)

I think it's funny how you can quote Asimov with "violence is the last resort of the incompetent" when our country was built on violence and the rights you have were based on war and violence. Last resort of the incompetent that is a load of it.

Uhh...Chalupa boy, he is from Belgium, and if you are insinuating that America was based on violence as well, your wrong again.

oh no my mistake America was definatley not founded on violence it was founded by...thats right it was violence. America would not be america with out the revolutionary war. Think of it like that and you will see my point. there is a system to follow where things become intollerable and you react with violence to get a point across and america i believe does follow this.
