And what did you expect?....the prefect child....raised by tv sets.....abandoned every mile...never get respect....never a fair trial....no one gives a shit...as long as we smile
I heard of this many times, all the friendly smiling people of South America. Even if people are poor and live lives of hardship few are as unhappy as we are in the "Western World". I guess that tells us alot about money and what it does to the world... (And how beautiful human beings are. ^_^)
I think it's very telling: You say everyone you photographed in Peru was smiling... it doesn't look like this is a very rich country... but take a photo on Wall Street where the millionares work and how many happy faces do you see? Hmmmm...
Pierre its a beautifull shot an I agree totally with Sam. My daughter and her friend where in Madagascar and yes...laughing and playing....and when they play football with a little thing....the laughing from all the children were very funny.
You almost get the impression that there is a "stage mother" behind the curtains dressing them up and patting them on the butt .. saying .. "go now, it's your turn, remember to smile"
Absolutely adorable and she is so colorful in her outfit. I would like a collection of photos of kids of various ethnicities in a collage for my office as a childrens therapist.
