Whoa! More like, "Finally! Amazing Picture" This is a breathtaking shot! Wonderful clarity and detail. Lovely framing with the tree on the left. well done! 10/10 and in my favorites!
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Now this is what the Alps look like in movies Pierre! LOL....The snow blowing off the mountain peaks is incredible. Maybe someday I will get to see them in person, but for now, I will enjoy them vicariously thru your images! Thanks :))
"In my mind's eye, I visualize how a particular... sight and feeling will appear on a print. If it excites me, there is a good chance it will make a good photograph. It is an intuitive sense, an ability that comes from a lot of practice."
Ansel Adams
Yes I agree with the others comments it is beautiful and quite breathtaking. The colour of the sky is really lovely, and how you have captured the snow blowing off the mountains really adds to the photo.
Aha! I KNEW it was yours!!...(smiling yet??!!) I can just hear that faint whisper of the snow blowing lightly over the mountain...and the crackling of some of the snow falling off the trees. You certainly do great great snow images! Wish I were there! Bravo Pierre!!
Love that puff of snow blowing off the top of that mountain on the left. The firs are handsomely decorated with snow. I'll bet when you were standing there, the silence was deafening...maybe a little wind through the fir trees. This is an absolutely gorgeous scene. Thks for sharing.
