Wow...the colours are magnificient!! and just the place I NEED to be.....all natural! Yes, I see where you got the strawberry pic...I wonder how many you ate before you took the photo! I hope you got plenty of fresh stuff to take back for lunch..I dont think I've EVER seen strawerries stacked like that in the USA...love how they did that...love the pic...I know you had a great time...I mean how many of us get to go to Barcelona eh? !!

--Good work Pierre!! Reading the commentaries I see that the people enjoy seeing this image though it does not surprise me since everything what one sees is tasty. Surely to see a shop as this one seems to me to be slightly normal since in Spain they are like that the majority.
Certainly I do not believe that the girl of the image this one taking strawberries but it looks like that this placing.

There's much to like here. I love how the produce is arranged in counterbalance to the perspective line, which descends back to the right. The produce greens line up in left diagonal arrangements, cukes and arugula, interspersed with the reds of the bell peppers; and - quite fortuitously - the left diagonal line of reds in the center, red apron, strawberries, red shirt of the cashier. Wonderful harmony.

La Boqueria is an incredible place! You really captured the essence of that place - piles and piles of food from fruit, to meat, to spices... The colors and textures are great. Making me hungry just looking at it.
