Thistles are a never ending source of wonder to me in regards to their structure. The detail you captured in this one is amazing. And then to cap it off, you captured the wonder of that insect in midflight. Amazing and wondeful work.

Nice capture of a Hawkmoth. I chased one of these around the yard for a while and only got one fair shot before he flew off. This image has a good amount of detail. Bravo.
