Guess those hummingbird moths love thistle flowers. Amazing to capture two at once. Great photo!!!

Very nice shot. I like the motion you captured. Perhaps one could have cropped off the lower bottom part of the other thistle that only just appears.

I like that wing movement, too. And having two, not just one, visiting the nectar store, this is indeed a unique shot! - Patty

Wow, that's one great drink these guys are sharing. After I saw your first post of the other one of these, I saw one outside. At first, my kids thought it was a hummingbird.

I've never seen them up close and personal like this Pierre. Not even sure we have any in Texas :) You've done a magnificant job here with clarity and composition. Defnitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing it. Anita

I never realized there was such a thing as a hummingbird moth. You've certain captured them well here, and the flower is a wonderful foil for the drabness of the insects. Nice job :)PJ

Wow love the two hummingbird hawk moths hovering above that thistle like a reflection of each other. In the U.K. we some times get these moths migrating from Europe.
Great pic!!!!!!!!!

Ps: What camera did you use?
