I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

wow, what an image. Caught my eye immediately, and I'm keeping a copy. What colors, what quality! The fog is amazing, and the angle is perfect. The tree is exactly where it's supposed to be, and the textures... wow. Very nice.
It was taken with a 300 mm lens and a light fog in the late afternoon. I just corrected the brightness/contrast a little. Thanks for your comments and questions :-)
You caught the morning atmosphere perfectly Pierre. There are so many layers in this to keep me interested. Layers of fences. Layers of colour. Layers of vegetation. Layers of animals and of course layers of light.
This came up in my voting booth today and I just had to dig a little deeper to see who the artist was. It didn't surprise me to find that it was you Pierre as it truly is an outstanding image and it's going on my desktop for the coming week.
I would like to see more of such photos here in Caedes, taken in low light conditions with some mysterious atmosphere, depiciting fog or mist... What a pleasure to watch such sceneries. Wish I could come across it in the voting booth...

I love the simplicity of this shot with the one main object and the beautiful meadow in the background. Nature can be so beautiful and more isn’t always better. Thanks for sharing.
