A very powerful shot, Pierre! Your lighting and framing intensifies the emotion the artist gave to his piece. Excellent work.

It’s one of those photos that makes you stop and wonder for a while. It’s very nicely taken and composed. Did you find it in an art gallery or something?

Yes! Near my home, there is a School for art promotion. They are learning paintings, drawings, jewellery (my wife's hoby), wooden sculpure, copper works, ...
This week-end was the start for a general exhibition. I can't take photos because there was a lot of people. Somebody said "the drinks are served" and... I was alone... ;-)
Thanks guys!

Sculpture always amazes me because I know I could never do it! Such a wonderful carving and your composition makes is a great desktop image.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
