The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brooks Anderson
CITIZENS of our world, check my website for a riveting, informational video that concerns all of you and the future of our globe. You will be flabbergasted, annoyed, distressed, in disbelief, but you will have been made aware of the WARNINGS. See this film. It gets better as it goes along, but will have your attention from the first quote.
I'm way behind so forgive me for not commening on your individual posts but know that I've looked at all of them since I left. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
I sure hope I meet this guy in the voting booth soon. The clarity is unbelievable and you've gotten the macro at just the right length. Sometimes I don't want to get any more intimate with even a butterfly than this. That way they still retain their beauty and mystique and I don't have to look at all their nosehairs in the process...lol..Great Job :)PJ
I'm way behind in my comments but I'm posting this message to let you know that I have viewed this image and found it to be very nice. I've enjoyed viewing this photo. Thanks for posting it.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Wow! This is really incredible. I love the lack of details & distractions in everything but the butterfly, it really makes your eye zoom straight to it. A gorgeous example of a subject that really IS the subject, lol.
this has excellent clarity and detail, and the colors are perfect. very well done, and congrats on the add to the perm gallery, which is where i just spotted this :o)
Wow. Gorgeous. Great focus and simplicity. I like the plain but pretty colors, they're a good contrast. Fantastic composition also. Very nice job! Into my favorites!

Where was this little guy photographed at? I have never seen one where I live. This is a great picture. I have few, but I took them at St Louis zoo. When I get a printer, I will post them. I took them with my 35mm, so I cant get them posted just yet. =)
Peace,
