It is a brown headed cow bird. A very interesting blackbird that you have nailed a fantastic close-up of Bob. The female doesn't build a nest but instead deposits its eggs in another nest for a foster parent to raise. They just want to have fun without the pressures of parenthood I guess.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
This is so instructive to have all the clever members [chiefly from SOS ..:)] around. I would not have to admit to being ignorant about birds and other things:)
