Beautifully done. Hints of needlework, burnt designs in wood, cut-out and withdrawn-thread techniques, fabrics and hot coals... all right, a weird mixture. What can I say? I only said hints...

I like the designs around the outside the best....so I'd have to guess it's burning outward. I'm not too crazy about the dark aspects in the middle, as they tend to detract from the delicacy of the outer edges, but the edges make up for any transgressions.

I won't be uploading images until my computer comes out of its sudden coma, as I am commenting using a shared machine that doesn't have PhotoShop or my images on it. :(

cool... I like this. Looks like fractal equivalent of an explosion... But with several waves of it, and charred remains of the fractal bursting again into flames, with the center igniting again. very very nice.
