No, not of torture.
Every inca village had its water point. It was constructed so that water flows all the year, winter as summer.

It was taken in front of the Belagio hotel; their water show, in Las Vegas on the main strip. The entire half of the pond has water guns shooting streams into the air to music. A must see in Vegas.
