My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
It's a shiny sheet metal, fluted, and I can see slight galvanizing in the median strips between the lightest (reflecting light) and the darkest (in near-full shadow). We have a diner in our town that sports a lot of chrome and hard, smooth, shiny surfaces. Not the kind of place a headache sufferer wishes to frequent during the busy lunch crowd—all those surfaces magnify all the sounds. Under the stooled counter the face of that counter looks just like this; bright and shiny rolled sheet metal. It's the sort of treatment one used to see in your better garages back in the 40's and 50's. It's much too clean to be outside and it's only lightly galvanized. So, some sort of wall covering would be my guess
And just for the record, my better 7/8th's suggestion is a shed wall. Nice job, Roland.
