The more I admire your photos Roland, I'm getting the itch to come pay a visit to BC some day. I can only imagine the great fishing.

A most picturesque site, and one that receives good maintenance.

The house looks uninhabited. Could we just come to take a look and possibly rent or buy it?

Terrific use of light to make the colors pop and the contrast smooth, Roland. Every hewed log and shingle is clear. I see an open door in the side of the structure. Was there also a small pass-thru door, about a foot square in the wall somewhere? Early fur trade posts often used a small door to allow furs to enter and goods to exit this way, the small door keeping unknown dangers from coming in with the furs. -Nik
