Where was this taken. I agree the light could come down a bit. I like the composition is very good. The subject gives us all a lot to think of. My son serves aboard the USS John C. Stennis, CVN74

America's - Rossie The Riveter

Ships were build
at tremendous speed
as workers struggled
against fatigue.

Planes were produced
at quicken pace
tanks were carved
from steel lace.

Young men lined up
to serve the cause
to save liberty
one time more.

On foreign fronts
all combined; always
America's rescuers
arriving on time.

Old leaders will die
solders will stay
New beginnings
meeting old ways.

"Alarming times!" politicians cry.
The only catastrophes they
see
is as solders die.
