Makes me think of The Depression and also Bonnie & Clyde Rob.
You can almost feel the wind blowing.
Well done.

Rob, the not overdone colorization is well chosen and appropriate to express what's going on here. I can almost feel the dust in my ears, eyes and nose now, 😁 . I haven't this 'uncomfortable' feeling by watching the original B&W image however. Proofs your skills in that matter. You're a virtuoso, my friend!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Very nice subtle editing. It is still in keeping with a black and white image but nicely enhanced with those colors.
