I would guess a professional didn't do the lettering on the jalopy Rob. 😁 A professional was at work on the colorization.
The dancing had moved on from the Roaring 20's and the Boogie Woogie and Jitterbug were all the rage. I can hear the Andrew Sister singing the The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy from Company C as I look at this superb photo.
I like the lighthearted mood of the photo.

She looks both surprisingly and admirably at her gent in the sporty white hat for allowing her to be behind the wheel of his most prized possession, The Boogie Woogie. I wonder if the decision of whom will drive came about because maybe they had just left the Olde Eagle Bar, seen behind them!

I wonder what went on in the Boogie Woogie? Another great rework!

Rob, although not in Boogie Woogie style, THIS SONG came instantly into my mind when I saw your perfectly colorized capture. Nostalgia pur sang, my friend!
Very well done again, 👍 !

Personal tastes can vary so much, especially over multiple generations. So, what to some of us would be a giant flaming bag of dog poo, was to someone else, a prized car. Go figure.
