Cool photo Rob. Evidently she was a secretive person because information about her personal life is difficult to locate.
Perhaps that is how she wanted it.

I like these colors and tones. Especially keeping the background in the shades you have selected and her apparel has just the right amount of coloring. Bravo.

Rob, based on this perfectly colorized photograph, one could assume, if one forget the analog box camera, that this photograph was taken recently. However, one must realize that the original photo was taken more than 78 years ago.
It puts the lady in the photo in a completely different perspective. At that time, there weren't many ladies who had photography as a hobby or profession. I therefore think that we are dealing with a progressive and lady.
