Rob, I see that a lot of progress has been made in the field of hygiene since this photograph was taken. A butcher shop in this form wouldn't currently be accepted by the FDA.
This good-humored butcher probably hasn't probably to deal with that in this era.
A difference with the B&W version with your perfectly colorized version is that the first didn't touched taste buds, while your version makes me want to BBQ immediately, 😜 !.

SEA is right about how things have changed Rob. I bet the meat doesn't taste any better today then it did then. Just a mite safer.
