Rose blossoms are so delicate and ephemeral that I feel lucky to find pristine specimens. This bloom wasn't very promising, hanging upside down in shadow, but lit by the ring flash, some of it's true beauty comes out. A last rose before the clock hits Christmas. Happy Holidays to all.

This site has been a great experience for me over the past nine years and its wonderful members are the key. We all get to experiment here and no one is criticized for the oddity of their work. It's a pleasant, and unusual, difference from many image sites. I think it aids creativity immensely and I'm happy to be part of the Caedes family. It's a good place to be.
