A young hawk that occasionally uses our fence to rest on. Strangely, no other birds would come out to play. Taken with the Canon 6D and Sigma 150-600mm at full extension.

You really did a super job with that lens, such good details of him, and I like the unique poise you caught here, a big bravo from me! I bet that is one heavy lens! :) tigs=^..^=

Thanks Sandi, I appreciate that. The lens is heavy to start with, but extends outward as magnification increases and the balance gets even more lopsided. On the plus side, it's well built, pretty sharp and costs less than the equivalent name brand. It's a good lens.
