I really like how you took the color out of everything except the eyes. This is very artistic, and is just what I would expect from you. :) I think I might have to throw myself in here soon.
What's that sound? Like thousands of butterflys... oh I see, it's all the hearts that you have set aflutter! Great shot Samarn, looks like I am going to have some competition when I finally upload my own pic.

Thank you very much Joe!
Hahahaha!........Sam! iīm waiting......:-)
Yes, the timer..... Jojo.
Thank you Kristian!
I agree with everyone, it's a great portrait Samuel!^^ the color on the eye is very nice but what made it a very interesting portrait is especially the play with light/shadows. the way the light fall just on your face, and the others parts being more dark.
it bring an interesting view and reinforce your pensive expression.
and for bonus, you are very cute... and not scarry! looool^^
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is a society, where none intrudes,
By the deep Sea, and music in its roar,
I love not man less, but Nature more

nice pose - For future reference - you could use something like KnockOut to get a better mask of the hairline - it can be a real pain to use sometimes but gives excellent results.
Well hi Samuel. ;) I sure missed this one somewhere along the way. Neat composition and I love Darryl's bubble comment. I am wondering what you are wondering too.
Hello Sam. Everybody expects that we must be arrogant if we do a self-portarait, but I disagree. There are many reasons for doing so. One of them is experimentation. In your case here I very much like what you did. The layering of you on top of the flower at differeing scales is really imaginative. Then you shifted your own image to black and white to further set it apart, and I think it worked well. Thankis for the inspiration, and don't be surprised if I come out with a clone ;-)
