I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

You certainly got some superior shots from this locale and this one is no exception. What a great tree. Loved it, saved it and it looks great on the desktop too!
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
Great shot. I love trees. Love the trunk on this one and roots look like toes or claws clinging to Mother Earth. Tones in this one are awesome and using the tree as frame was great touch. Hope I get it in VB
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

"The more we come in contact with animals, and observe their behaviour, the more we love them, for we see how great is their care for their young." - philosopher Immanuel Kant
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Mark, this is one of my favourites of yours. Absolutely stunning, love those colours and tones, and well composed with a great border. 10/10 here from me.
