A beautiful photo in all respects. I bet it's difficult not to take a good picture there! If I were to 'tweak" it at all . . . perhaps the sky could be a deeper, darker blue. Picasa has a setting called "graduated tint" that does this nicely, and I imagine the higher-end applications have a similar function.
What a gorgeous view this is. The composition, lighting, color, clarity, all of it is perfection. It gives a very serene feeling and I love the reflections in the water. Excellent post. Thanks so for sharing it.
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
Anita is right ... a gorgeous view, and I see a view within a view here as the reflection on the water is so clear it's almost as if you inverted it, which I know you didn't. In the foreground, I love how the lilies "break up" the reflections a little and give the eye something more to see on top of the mirror image of the background. I assume there must be tree to our left that we can't see that is throwing that giant shadow that eats up some of the clear view of the pads on the water, but that too adds a unique touch in that one has to think about what that is momentarily..and anytime I have to really focus in on something in a photo, the more of an object of art that photo becomes to me. I don't want to leave these comments without pausing to say that the building adds to this so much..I'd love to see that building..heck, I'd love to be standing right where you were when you took this absolutely wonderful pic...thanks :)PJ
