Oh my goodness, this lighthouse is not on any land? other than under it?? I would almost feel scared being in there..with no protective rocks or trees! It looks sooooo lonely. But this is a great photo! The colour like liquid gold...and the shadow...well its beautiful!! Actually I dont usually like borders, but I think this photo would look fantastic with a black border of some kind, a wide one..try it ok?

I see absolutely no reason for a border. You've got plenty of room to work around if intended for wallpaper use. What a unique capture this is. I agree with Robert, this is a brave into the light shot that puts the focus right there on the lighthouse and it's awesome shadow. Terrific clarity from that far away. Impressive.

I love your Charleston images, especially the Morris Island lighthouse shots. I've been to Charleston many times, and have seen Morris Island lighthouse from the shores of Folly Beach. Very nice shot!
