No excuses.It's not sharp. I still liked the colours in this old slide and figured there would be some who may never have seen the Painted Desert. The sharp frame is there to accentuate the lack of sharpness inside :-).

I for one have only seen a desert in books, internet, or on television. Thanks for sharing it. Maybe one day I will see it up close for real. One can dream.
I love this Doug, it's so vibrant and beautiful! I like it just the way it is, whether sharp or not. I also think the frame is a very good fit for this lovely image.
The colors are outstanding Doug as well as the lighting. Mother Natures painting. We're glad you posted it . Something I like about Caedes is that we get to go places and see things that we might never see in person .
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
