Springtime in Paris is magical. So magical I couldn't find the Eiffel Tower or the Arch of Triumph. Then I remembered. I'm still in Texas. Paris, Texas.

Lol! You have traveled so much, you get lost! Doug, I really like the tonal range in this one, and the composition is perfect. Then there is that marvelous sky! Excellent!

Love the tones in this, Doug and of course an excellent composition .
Dan and I have been to Paris, TN . In the park they have a small Eiffel Tower that was designed and presented to them by France . It's pretty cool .

Love the almost pewter tones on this one Doug - a good one for the B&W challenge

Well done, sir. I am a big fan of the clouds framing and complementing the fountain area. Excellent job on the exposure as well.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.

I'm hoping for a PM from you on what you did to achieve the drama in the sky. The shades of gray from nearly white to black knocked me for a loop. The B/W is a stunning choice. I'm looking at the shot and wondering if you used ShiftN. Looks like you did, but the building on the far left isn't lining up. Is that the leaning tower of Paris?

Exception work and a great looking image Doug. Nice tones and lighting in the photo and a good angle in the shot.
