I like the effect of the car lights on the road, and it looks like you've gotten night mode down pat. Now to work on composition; for example, the car in the lower right is quite distracting and detracts from the photo. Same with the spot in the upper left corner. It is already a good photo; now let's make a GREAT photo. :)
