that's what I call it anyway... it's always moored in the same spot at stage harbor in chatham, and I'm forever trying to take different angles of it, especially when the wind is still and it's perfectly mirrored in the water. What I didn't know was that it apparently likes to fly, and I finally captured it in the air... a bit surreal, perhaps, but the boat needs to have some fun every once in a while...

Did you ever find it perfectly still, Mary? This sure is just about it. I like the idea of this being mid-air and that you flipped it to confuse even more. lol I can see your mind at work on this and it is a wonderful creation. Good luck. Oh, great title too.

That's enough to make a guy wonder what was in his coffee! I thought I was going crazy when I looked at this. Sure does look like it is suspended in mid air! I had to flip it to make sure I wasn't nuts! I feel better now. LOL. This is really cool, and a great entry for the contest. Good luck, Mary.

I think both you and the boat have flipped, HF. Great idea for the contest. It looks really good flipped back too.

In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art. ~Rumi~

Mary, it has cost me some time to find out what you did. Both funny and inventive, to me. A proper item for the surreal contest. Well done.

Good Luck.
