I was apple picking when I walked by this boy, I thought he looked particularly cute and innocent. I'm still not sure if the black border is necessary but I thought it sort of did something for the photo.

Very nice shot indeed! Looks like you really caught the moment. I like it with the black border.. just wish i could nudge the other kids foot out of the shot :)

Looks like he's more interested in the leaves than the apples, but perhaps he's had his fill!! I love the look of concentration on his face. Well done!

Its outstanding.I like the foot in there on the right.A nice touch that says something to me.I didn`t even notice the border untill after I read your mention of it.Good then and effective.

I prefer images without their borders, but that is just my personal taste,
I like the portrait, it really works,
But I'm not so sure the shoo and the two attributes in the back add to the portrait, I'd rather try to leave them out, not sure if that is still possible?

Now thats what i call a kodak moment. Thats the cool thing about photography it freezes a moment in time that holds alot of meaning and this image has that in spades. Well done!!!

Caroline you have captured a wonderful moment. I like this shot very much. The other kids foot is a bit of a distraction but can be removed with photoshops cloning tool. This would make the shot even better.
