I LOVE THIS! Very nice...They are adorable! It pays to be at the right place at the right time. I almost fought a guy over throwing rocks at one of these birds. After asking him not to, he got sarcastic and kept doing it!..-to get him back-I told him about how I had watched this bird from about 60 yrds away,get the courage to get close by watching us and realizing we wouldnt hurt him. (until he threw rocks at it) I ended up making him feel guilty. You may have had to be there... =) Thanks for the memories..Going the the favs

Needs some spot removal, and play with contrast etc but nice shot. I'd try some different crops too. maybe see what it looks like without the grass in front.
