I think shooting with the sun rather than against would have been a better choice here. If the road was perpendicular, it would help.

I like the shadowed effect of the trees falling across the road, but the sun seems a bit too bright because it causes a glare in part of the picture. I would have liked a bit more contrast, as well.

should have waited till the sun was a little lower that way the glare would have been much less,and probally brought in in more colors.all in all you have the right idea keep shooting.

I like the shadows but it is too bright and then goes to being too dark at the bottom.

I like the contrasting light and dark...very nice capture!
