Nice night shot of falling snow. The tree provides a nice white pattern on the black background. Very nice... Did you actually catch this from the car? Amazing! Well done!

I applaud your initiative, Bitchy. Composition and balance are good too.
One distracting element. The branch from just right of center that rises to the left and through the upper border draws too much attention. Cloning off about the last third of it removes the distraction.
