Generally a good composition, with the foreground giving a reference point to the other side of the lake. Nice tones. However, the horizontal of the lake horizon is off and gives the impression that someone has tilted it, to drain the water away. An easy fix these days with any free picture-software.
Overall, this is a great photo and love the pale soft color tones to this. But a few things that could be fixed. Have to agree with the horizon is just a tad off. Also, there is a dust mark on the water and the power lines could be cloned out.
I like this shot, but also agree with the comments above. I like the dusky colours you've captured.
Another tip to improve sunset shots is to use a tripod, because of the low light levels, or find something solid to hold your camera on, holding your breath whilst taking the shot to keep as still as possible. It's helped my sunset shots no end.
