I've admired your photos in the past and have even commented on a few. I'm not sure I can be as verbose as the previous commenter, but I'll do my best.
First of all, I like the title. Thank you for the explanatory narrative since I'm not fluent in .... in.... what the hell language is that?
The railing is a nice idea, but it seems to detract from the overall composition which features the beautiful "wata". It look like a forbidding day with the chop on the water and those ominous clouds. Considering the look of the sky, the reflection on the water is just right. The land masses add some good depth. Maybe a 6 out of 10.
The perspective makes for a strong composition and really puts the viewer into the scene! But overall, the feeling is very overcast, despite the fact that there was clearly some sunny blue sky to be had. A little brightening and increased contrast could really make this scene pop. I'd love to see a rework.
